About
After spending most of my life in Orange County, my family and I made the move to Jasper County in 2023. While I work full-time in the Public Sector, photojournalism has been a lifelong passion of mine, dating back to my high school years when I was deeply involved in journalism.
My love for community involvement was shaped early on by my father, a U.S. Marine, who became a Community Coordinator for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program in 2002. Volunteering alongside him in Orange and Jefferson Counties sparked my own passion for service, leading me to become a Community Coordinator myself, now serving Tyler and Newton Counties.
I believe communication is key. Keeping our community informed and aware of what’s happening is something I take pride in. Through my work in photojournalism, I strive to provide transparency and truth—visually documenting significant moments and events to inform and engage the public. Capturing these moments through imagery is something I truly love to do.
Beyond my work and volunteer efforts, I am also a wife and mother, and I cherish the balance between my personal and professional life.
