RUSK, Texas — Authorities are searching for a 57-year-old man after his vehicle was found abandoned near the Neches River over the weekend. The Rusk Police Department  said James David Blount was last seen Tuesday. His vehicle was discovered Saturday along Highway 84 West at the Neches River , which marks the boundary between Cherokee and Anderson counties.
