Convicted Felon Arrested in Buna for Firearm Possession
BUNA, Texas – On October 31, 2025, at approximately 9:11 p.m., Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies Roy and Kaylor were dispatched to the Shell Convenience Store in Buna regarding a verbal disturbance. Fort Worth Fire Truck Struck on Highway responding to an Accident
FORT WORTH, Texas — Around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, Fort Worth Fire Department Engines 5 and 14 were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash near the U.S. 287 interchange southeast of downtown — a routine call that nearly ended in tragedy. Master Gardeners and volunteers collect massive amount of roadside litter during Jasper Fall Sweep
JASPER — A group of dedicated volunteers rolled up their sleeves Saturday, November 1, proving that community pride isn’t just a slogan — it’s action. The Jasper Master Gardeners, who coordinate the Keep Jasper Beautiful program under the statewide Keep Texas Beautiful initiative, partnered with local Master Naturalists for their Fall Sweep cleanup. The group worked several roadways, including Marvin Hancock Drive, Prospect Road, Premier Drive, and a section of Highway 777.
