Jasper, TX - At 11 a.m. Monday March 10, investigators with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office went to “Lucky’s Game Room” which is located on S.H. 63 east in Jasper.

There, investigators conducted a compliance inspection and found numerous ordinance violations. These violations are believed to be due to a change of ownership. Because of this, the establishment was shut down.

Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard said, "The business will remain closed until an application has been completed and violations corrected."

As you may recall, three weeks ago Jasper County conducted inspections on a number of local game rooms finding violations. Havard said that this game room was not inspected during that first round and that they were apparently not open at that time. That article is linked below;

Sheriff Chuck Havard said that he expects game rooms in Jasper County to comply with Texas Law and County Ordinances.
