POLK COUNTY, TX —
Polk County Narcotics Detectives are investigating a residence located at 111 S. Drew Street in Livingston regarding narcotics trafficking activities originating from the residence.

As we reported last week, the initial search warrant resulted in the arrest of Michael Montgomery as well as a large quantity of drugs. While investigating the evidence that was located during the search, information was obtained for an arrest warrant issued for Montgomery's wife, Antoinette Lyshun Wilson.
Wilson was arrested and charged with the following:
1. Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 >4g<200g – Cocaine.
2. Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 >4g<200g – Pressed Methamphetamine pills.
3. Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 >1g<4g – Crack cocaine.
4. Abandoning or Endangering a Child – Criminal Negligence
Polk County Sheriff Byron Lyons said, "All charges filed against Wilson—as well as those previously filed against Michael Montgomery—are subject to Drug-Free Zone enhancements, as defined under Texas Health and Safety Code 481.134, due to the proximity of the offense location to a protected area."
In a press release, Sheriff Byron Lyons and Chief Deputy Anthony Lowrie continue to affirm their commitment to protecting the residents of Polk County—particularly children—from the dangers posed by narcotics trafficking.
Lyons added, “This arrest is a continuation of our ongoing efforts to hold narcotics offenders accountable and protect the most vulnerable members of our community."
As always, all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
