Workforce Solutions Offers Opportunities Through WIOA Program

Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas is encouraging local job seekers to take advantage of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program, designed to help participants secure meaningful employment and career advancement.

The program provides support in two primary ways:

1. Job Search Assistance – Participants can meet with a case manager weekly or bi-weekly to discuss possible job referrals. Support services are available to help with in-person contacts, and WIOA staff are committed to guiding individuals into life-changing career opportunities.

   
   

2. Occupational Training – WIOA can assist with obtaining certifications or licenses that open doors to new careers and sustainable income. This training is designed to equip job seekers with the skills needed to achieve long-term success.
