Wanted fugitive arrested in Kirbyville early Friday morning

KIRBYVILLE, TX- At 3:00 a.m. Friday morning, a Jasper County Deputy conducted a traffic stop at North Margaret St. and FM 363 in Kirbyville.

Deputy Gray checked the license plate and discovered that the registered owner, 32-year-old Brianne Miguez of Kirbyville, was wanted out of Jasper County for Injury to a Child, Elderly, or Disabled Person, which is a State Jail Felony.

Miguez was not driving the vehicle, but was found to be a passenger. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Jail.

As always, Miguez is considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
