Two-Vehicle Crash in Buna Monday, Resulted in No Injuries

BUNA, TX-

At 2:35 p m. Monday afternoon, The Department of Public Safety, as well as Jasper County Sheriff's Office were called out to U.S. Highway 96, near County Road 791, for a two-vehicle accident.

According to the report, the driver of a Ford F-550, 63-year-old Cleester Brister of Beaumont, was traveling south on Hwy 96. Behind him, 29-year-old Cooppinger Munoz of Cleveland was driving a Ram 2500. Munoz reportedly failed to control his speed and struck the rear of the Ford.

There were no injuries reported.
