BUNA, Texas — Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard is urging the public to come forward with any information regarding the aggravated robbery that took place Sunday, Sept. 7, at the Family Dollar in Buna.
“Our personnel are working non-stop running down every lead,” Havard said. “We are still in the process of interviewing people, analyzing video footage, and doing everything we can to identify and locate these two individuals. We are using every resource available.”
Havard said the case has the full support of outside agencies as well. “State and federal agencies are already on the ground, adding resources and expertise to the search for the suspects,” he noted.
The Sheriff emphasized that the investigation remains active and that deputies are determined to bring the suspects to justice. “We will not stop until these individuals are found,” Havard said.
Anyone with information about the robbery or the identity of the suspects is urged to immediately contact the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office at 409-384-5417. A cash reward may be available for information leading to an arrest.
