WOODVILLE, Texas — Downtown Woodville is gearing up for another crowd-drawing night of music, food, and community as Second Saturday on the Square returns on Saturday, November 8, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Now in its third month, the event has quickly evolved from a simple idea into a full-blown local tradition — gathering families, neighbors, and out-of-town visitors in the heart of Tyler County for an evening that’s one part concert, one part marketplace, and entirely East Texas charm.

Live Music Takes Center Stage

This month’s lineup brings strong local talent:

Grace Rigby opens the evening with acoustic vibes.
Running on Credit headlines, bringing a high-energy performance to close out the night.

The event continues to spotlight regional artists, giving local musicians a place to perform while offering free entertainment to the public.

Food Trucks + Local Eateries

More than 30 vendors will be set up around the square — including favorites like:

KD’s Lunchbox
Rosanna’s Taqueria
J-Bird’s Dogwood Diner

From street tacos to burgers and comfort food, there’s a “no one leaves hungry” guarantee.

Shop Local, Support Local

Boutiques, makers, and artisans will be selling handcrafted goods, boutique clothing, seasonal items, and gift ideas — perfect timing as the holidays inch closer.

Kids won’t be left out either — bounce houses and games will be open throughout the night.

Classic Car & Overland Showcase

Adding a new feature to the event lineup, visitors can browse a display of:

Vintage classics
Custom builds
Overland adventure vehicles

The showcase loops around the square, making it easy to enjoy between vendor shopping and the concert.

The Heart Behind the Event

Second Saturday is presented by Cypress & Creed with support from the Tyler County Tourism Board. Organizers say they’re thrilled with how quickly the community has embraced the series.

“Every month this thing grows. It’s proof that when we invest in our downtown, people show up,” organizers said. “It’s about community, connection, and supporting our local businesses and creatives.”
