Sally Landry, 63, of Tyler County, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 26, 2025 at her home in Warren, Texas.
Visitation will begin 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. service time on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Stringer & Griffin Chapel in Woodville with burial to follow in Ferrell Cemetery near Colmesneil, Texas. Officiating will be Brother Elmer Adaway. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Marshall, Christopher Davis, Kenny Russell, Curtis Conner, Chester Marshall, and Paul Marshall. Honorary pallbearers will be Christopher Hill, Spencer Marks, Landry Davis, Luke Davis, Tracen Cloyd, Caden Cloyd, Travis Hill, and James Cloyd.
Sally was born December 23, 1962 to Kenneth and Mary Conner in Kirbyville, Texas. A graduate of Colmesneil High School, she worked for many years as a nurse aide. She enjoyed white perch fishing and working in her yard. She said raking leaves was therapeutic. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Sally was a long time Tyler County Resident and a member of Grace Baptist Church in Colmesneil, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Neil Conner; husband of over 30 years, Michael Craig Landry; and grandson, Brent Davis.
She is survived by her father Kenneth Conner of Colmesneil; son, William Landry of Colmesneil; daughter, Jamie Davis and husband, Christopher of Colmesneil; brother, Clarence Conner and wife, Lorie of Colmesneil; sister, Flossie Cloyd and husband, James of Colmesneil; boyfriend, James Haynes of Warren; grandchildren, Zayne Landry, Landry Davis and Luke Davis; and a host of other family and friends.
Services are under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home in Woodville, Texas.
