Robert Harold McClendon, 74 of Kirbyville passed away Monday, September 1, 2025 at his home.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Saturday September 6, 2025 at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial at Bleakwood Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 pm prior to service.

Born September 23, 1950 to Clen McClendon and Mary (Leavings) he worked in the oil field.

He is survived by his children, Daren McClendon and Meagan, Dena Riley, Robert McClendon and Harvest, Dessarea McClendon; brother, James McClendon; grandchildren, Chelsea Stivender and Bradley Barlow, Morgan McClendon and Zack, Taylor Bronson and Shan, Caster Brandon and Sydney, Makenzie Curtice and Kolton, Collin Brandon and Kahlie, Caeley Curl; great grandchildren, Zack, Xander, Jaxson.

He was preceded in death by parents; wife, Barbara McClendon; brothers, Johnny McClendon, J.W. McClendon, Fred McClendon; sisters, Nett, Thelma, and Velma.
