Raymond Charles Bean, 72, of Jasper, Texas passed away Monday December 1, 2025

Raymond Charles Bean, age 72, of Jasper, TX, transitioned to his heavenly home on December 1, 2025. He was born on January 29, 1953, in Jasper, TX, to the late Curtis “Sonny Boy” Bean and the late Louise Kelly Bean, and was the youngest of six children.

Raymond was a humble, hardworking, and kind-hearted man who loved his family, music, TV—especially wrestling—and sharing laughs with those around him. He treated everyone with respect and was always willing to help others.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Carl Bean and Elvin Bean; and sister Alma Reid.

He leaves to cherish his memory Barbara Ann Jones, with whom he shared 19 years of marriage and two sons; his children Raymond (Carla), LaBoris (Talana), and bonus daughter Patricia “Trish” Houston (Kevin); grandchildren Morgan, McKenzie, and Kingston; sisters Gloria Henry and Tena Buckner; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Raymond will be forever loved and remembered by all who knew him.
