Obituary of Ramona Diane Kelley Bishop

Ramona Diana Kelley Bishop, 69 of Kirbyville passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026 at St Luke Medical Center in Houston.

Graveside service will be 2 pm, Friday, January 30, 2026 at Bean Cemetery.

She was born May 29, 1956 in Call, Texas to Raymond Kelley and Cecil Delores. She grew up in the Call/ Kirbyville but mainly in “Allisonville” at Call. She was such a large part of the Kelley family and will be missed so much.

“Monie” is survived by her children, Amy Leigh Blackwell, Andrea Lyn Poe, Zerie Bishop and Parker; sister, Cecelia Ann Franklin; grandchildren, Aurora and Benjamin. Her children held the biggest part of her life and heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ann Kelley Bono; brother, Wayne Leslie Kelley; daughter, Shelby Bishop.
