Obituary of Patsy Gail Mahfouz

August 31, 1958 - May 24, 2025

Patsy Gail Mahfouz was born August 31, 1958 in Beaumont, Texas. Her parents were Leon Albert Mahfouz and Eula Mae Berryman Mahfouz. She died at the age of 66 years old in Beaumont, Texas. Patsy lived all her life in Beaumont, went to South Park High School and graduated in 1976. She studied at Lamar University and was an avid baseball fan. She loved country music and traveled to many concerts. Patsy also loved genealogy and did extensive research on her family tree. She was very proud of the fact she belonged to the Daughters of the Republic of Texas. Patsy was an avid runner and gym enthusiast belonging to the Crunch Fitness Gym. She retired from Life Share Blood Centers and also worked at Sea Rim Striders.

Patsy Gail Mahfouz is survived by her brother, Lee Mahfouz, and his wife, Carole Mahfouz, her niece, Rebecca Mahfouz, her nephew, Jarrod Mahfouz, great nephew Joshua Mahfouz, great niece Appaloosa Mahfouz, niece, Jodi Lynn Bond and husband Craig Bond and nephew Scott Leon Mahfouz. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leon Albert Mahfouz and Eula Mae Berryman Mahfouz, her brother, Fred Mahfouz, and her sister Jackie Harris and brother-in-law, Ed Harris. Funeral services will be graveside in Jasper, Texas at the Weeks Chapel Cemetery on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
