Obituary of Nina Mae Franklin

Nina Mae Franklin, 98, of Buna, Texas died July 20, 2025 in Houston.

Funeral service will be 11:30 am Saturday, September 6, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Buna with burial at Morse Cemetery under the direction of Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna.

Nina was born April 21, 1927 to John and Pearl Hare and was a retired LVN.

She is survived by her children, Nan Petty and Craig of Park City, Utah, Reta Franklin, Kathy Anderson of Houston, and Todd Franklin of Hemphill; 2 sisters, Patricia Day and jo Wagstaff; 7 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
