Mary Frances Smith, 86 of Buna passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Silsbee Oaks Nursing Home.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna with burial at Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 pm Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the funeral home.

Born December 29, 1938 in Silsbee to Clarence Wells and Myrle (Stevens) she worked as a cook.

She is survived by son, Stephen Smith and Jodie of Buna; daughter-in-law, Crystal Smith of Buna; sisters, Charlotte Cowart, Kathy Cates, Paula Thompson; grandchildren, Levi and Lacy.

She was preceded in death by husband, L.W. "Dub" Smith; son, Tommy Smith; sisters, Jackie Collins, Glenda Blalock.
