Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Evans

Mary Elizabeth Evans passed away in her home on January 24, 2026.

Funeral services will be Wednesday January 28 at Call Junction Baptist Church starting at 2:00pm. Visitation will be Tuesday night at the church from 5:00-8:00pm.

Mary was born on January 10, 1933, in Port Neches, TX to Henry and Mable Fowler.

She is survived by her children; Wesley Evans Jr. of Kirbyville, Rhonda Brabham of Buna, Terrie Ross and John of Kirbyville, Sheila Brown and Larry of Merryville; her sister Jessie Turnley; 23 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wesley Evans Sr., her son Henry Evans, 1 brother and 3 sisters.
