Obituary of Karen Ellen Kopfman

Karen Kopfman, 82, of Jasper passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 in Kirbyville, Texas at Casita De Mauuel.

Karen was born on August 7, 1943 in Tillamook, Oregon to Lloyd & Viola Larson. She worked as a dental assistant for many years and moved to Jasper from Reading, Kansas 15 years ago.

She loved sewing and making special outfits for her children and grandchildren. She loved her family dearly and leaves behind her husband Ray Kopfman of Jasper; son Von Kopfman of Houston, daughter Saralyn Pearson of Emporia, Kansan; grandchildren Kierston, Jordan, Cade & Sadie; as well as great grandchildren Brynn & Ellie. She is preceded in death by her grandson Jacob Kopfman.
