He was born October 16, 1955 to Clyde Perkins and Elizabeth (Devielle) in Lafayette, LA.
He is survived by wife, Tammy Perkins; sons, Scotty Perkins, Johnny Ray Perkins, Jr. and Mila; sister, Carolyn Perkins,
Cremation is under the direction of Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville.
