Jo Ann Burke, 82 of Buna passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025 at her home.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Friday, December 5, 2025 at the funeral home.

Born May 30, 1943 to Timothy Luckey and Evelyn (Gassiott) in Elizabeth, LA, she was a lifelong resident of Buna.

She is survived by children, Robin Gail Y'Barbo and Gerald of Call, Melissa Wingfield of Orange, Johnnie Cogar of Orange, Jack Wingfield of Sabine Pass, Mark Wingfield of Columbu, Ohio, Tammy Lacap and Fabio of Buna, Tim Wingfield of Kirbyville, Maxie Steele and David of Buna, Marcie Church and Cody of Buna, Tina Drake and Malcom of Buna; brothers, Sherman Luckey, Timothy Luckey, Leonard Luckey; sisters, Marcelle Lacap.

She was preceded in death by parents; daughter, Wanda Tarver; great grandchild.
