Obituary of Jackie Marie Thompson

Jackie Marie Thompson, 86, of Kirbyville died Friday, December 19, 2025 at her home.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 23, at 10:00 am at the Kirbyville Apostolic Church with burial at Miller Anex Cemetery in Starks, LA. Services are under the direction of Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville.

A native of Starks, LA, she had lived in Kirbyville 5 years.

She is survived by her children, Angie Wilson and Arthur; Melody McKinnon, both of Kirbyville; and Charles Ray "Bo" Thompson, Jr. and Tricia, of Sulphur; brother, Jimmy Martinez of Starks; 4 grandchildren, Chasity Gray, Rodney Williams, Dustin Williams, and Cameron Thompson; 8 great grandchildren, Cason Bearden, Madison Blessing, Lily Williams, Baylen Williams, Zander Williams, Rodney Cliett, Kaylee Cliett, Jason Husband, Thomas Gray, and Joseph Gray; and 2 great-great grandchildren, Camden Gray and Jaden Guidry.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Dorothy Martinez; sister, Joyce Anderson; and son-in-law, David McKinnon.
