Hayden Christopher, a journeyman lineman for Newtron and lifelong Buna resident, passed away unexpectedly on October 13, 2025 at the age of 32 while doing a job he loved.
Hayden is survived by his wife, Maranda Christopher (Morgan); son, Kade Christopher; mother Angie Coleman and Ronnie; father, Kevin Christopher and Amy; his grandparents, Kenneth and Sharon Christopher, Linda Benoit and Shirley Cappen; sister-in-law, Hailey Christopher; niece, Avery Christopher; along with many other family and friends.
Hayden was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan. When he found out he was having a son, his first purchase was a jersey. He loved hunting, fishing, and anything to be outdoors. He enjoyed being in the stand or on the field coaching whichever sport was in season for his son. He made an impact on every child and felt privileged to coach them and her loved every single one of them. coming home even tired, he made time to throw the ball with his son. He was a loving husband who was loved dearly. He was always there to lend a helping hand or a stern talk. He could make any room he entered burst into laughter with his witty and loving personality. He loved what he did for a living. Being a lineman was one of his greatest accomplishments and he was so proud. He was an amazing son, brother uncle, and friend to so many.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ryan Christopher and great grandparents, Joemma and Kenneth Christopher.
Funeral service will be 10 am, Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Central Baptist Church in Buna with burial at Alazan cemetery in Nacogdoches. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 pm, Friday, October 17, 2025 at Central Baptist Church in Buna.
