at the age of 74. Mr. Halbert was born February 25, 1951, in Macon,

Mississippi.

The services for Mr. Halbert will be Saturday, February 28, 2026, at

the House of Prayer Church located at 330 Lee Miller Road, Silsbee,

Texas. The visitation will be at 12:00 P.M. prior to the funeral at 1:00

P.M.

The services are under the direction of Robinson Funeral Home-Silsbee, TX.
