Deborah K Boykin, most affectionately known as “Moo,” Passed away on Dec, 17th at her home in Buna, Tx surrounded by her family.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, Dec. 21, at 3:00 pm at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna.
Moo cowgirl through and through. Her life was rooted in grit, love, and the open road, always chasing the next horizon. She found her greatest joy alongside her daughter, Stephanie her best friend and partner in crime. Together, they traveled countless miles, chasing white lines from barrel races to rodeos, making memories that will live on forever.
Debbie’s most treasured title was , “Moo,” and most treasured gift her grandson Leven. He was the best chapter of her life and her greatest joy. Family meant everything to her, and the bond she shared with those she loved was unbreakable.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie, and son-in-law, Bubba Broom, of Buna, and their son, Leven, who will carry forward her legacy of strength, loyalty, and love. Her brother Mike Adams, sister Doly & Tony Belus, youngest brother Pink & wife Susan Adams all from Wyoming. Moo was preceded in death by her parents Steve & AnaaMae brother Steve and Sister-in-law Carolyn Adams.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Buna Little League, in honor of Moo’s many days spent proudly cheering on her grandson, Leven, from the stands.
Debbie “Moo” Boykin will be remembered for her cowgirl spirit, her fierce devotion to family, and the miles of love she left behind.
