Obituary of C. L. Spotts

January 1, 1948 — February 23, 2026

U.S. Veteran

Charles Luther Spotts, 78, passed away on February 23, 2026.


He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, carrying the values of duty, resilience, and loyalty throughout his life.


He is survived by his wife Yuyun Spotts, four children: Daughter, Kelley Stephens, 54 & son- in- law Clayborn Stephens; Alan Spotts; Charlene Spotts; and RJ Spotts. He also leaves behind five grandchildren — three grandsons and two granddaughters — whom he was never blessed to meet, yet who carry forward his legacy through their family.


He will be remembered for his strength, wisdom & sense of humor. He was a hard worker and a good provider who took pride in supporting his family. He made a lasting impact on all who knew and loved him.
