Alvie Donald Bowers, Jr., 67, of Kirbyville died Friday, October 3, 2025 at Timber Ridge Nursing Home in Jasper.

Graveside funeral service will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 8, at Davis Cemetery in Beulah Springs.

Alvie was born October 26, 1957 in Beaumont. He was the son of the late Alvie Bowers and Nettie Bowers.

He is survived by his brothers, Dennis Bowers of Jasper and William Perego and wife Lori of Kirbyville; sister, Jessica Cline of Kirbyville; uncles, Wayne Bowers and wife Sandra, and Boyd Bowers; and aunt Dorothy.
