Obituary of Alice Faye Morris

January 18, 1942 — January 5, 2026

Alice Faye “Honey” Morris, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2025 in Lufkin, Texas. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Jasper.

Alice was born on January 18, 1942 in Wiergate, Texas to Enzor & Bertha Smith. She was a resident of Pineland and graduated from Pineland High School until she moved to Jasper in 1964. She worked for Billingsley Auto Repair as a bookkeeper for 18 years.

She is survived by her son Kyle Morris of Etoile; grandsons Andrew Nelson Morris & wife Mary of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Ryan Morris of Lufkin. She is preceded in death by her husband Nelson Morris and son Greg Morris.

The family would like to thank Affinity Hospice and Pinecrest Memory Care of Lufkin for taking care of Honey during her stay.
