NWS issues Flood Warnings

FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is

expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following

counties, Hardin, Jasper, Orange and Tyler.

* WHEN...Until 300 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- At 838 AM CDT, the public reported flooding in the warned

area due to Heavy rainfall over the past two days. Flooding

is already occurring.

- Some locations that will experience flooding include...

Beaumont, Lumberton, Silsbee, Woodville, Kirbyville, Kountze,

Sour Lake, Colmesneil, Chester, Warren, Wildwood, Fred,

Evadale, Saratoga, Thicket, Buna, Rockland, Bevil Oaks,

Lakeview and Village Mills.
