Jail Activity Report for January 19, 2026 – January 25, 2026

Chad Allen Britt, 38, of Nederland, Texas, was arrested for a blue warrant related to a parole violation involving assault. Britt remains in custody.

Devin Charles Burch, 38, of Orange, Texas, was listed as serving days and is no longer in custody.

James Lee Evans, 52, of Burkeville, Texas, was arrested on a motion for adjudication of guilt in connection with a kidnapping charge. Evans posted a $50,000 bond and is no longer in custody.

Dionte Rechard Johnson, 28, of Newton, Texas, was arrested on a charge of murder. Johnson remains in custody.

Tony James Miller, 37, of Sulphur, Louisiana, was arrested for theft of property valued at $2,500 or more but less than $30,000. Miller remains in custody.

Robert A. Parker, 43, of Deweyville, Texas, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana under two ounces and driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction and no financial responsibility. Parker posted bonds totaling $4,000 and is no longer in custody.

Tevin Trevauyon Sells, 27, of Jasper, Texas, was arrested on a charge of murder. Sells remains in custody.

Caiden J. Walker, 24, of Newton, Texas, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, search, or transport; interfering with public duties; and public intoxication. Walker posted bonds totaling $7,500 and is no longer in custody.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
