Newton County Arrest Report - 01/26/26 - 02/01/26

Donald Christopher Kay, 46, of Evans, Louisiana, was arrested for resisting arrest, search or transport and public intoxication. Kay remains in custody.

Bryan Daniel Kidd, 33, of Leesville, Louisiana, was arrested on a DOC hold for bond forfeiture related to possession of marijuana under two ounces. Kidd is not currently in custody.

Rodney Lee Price, 48, of Nacogdoches, Texas, was arrested for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension and no financial responsibility. Price was released on a $2,500 bond and is not currently in custody.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
