Livingston Police Arrest Woodville Man on Drug and Firearm Charges

Livingston, Texas — A Woodville man was arrested Tuesday morning after police found him unresponsive inside a pickup truck at the Livingston Walmart parking lot with drug paraphernalia in his hand, according to the Livingston Police Department.
Officers arrived on scene and identified the man as 43-year-old Garlon Blake of Woodville. After waking him, officers conducted an investigation that led to the discovery of multiple narcotics, including methamphetamine and fentanyl, along with additional paraphernalia and a handgun.
Blake was taken into custody and charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm due to a prior felony conviction. He was transported to the Polk County Jail.
Livingston Police said the case remains under investigation.
