Livingston man arrested for drugs in Jasper Monday evening

Monday evening at 8:19 p.m., a Jasper County Deputy was on patrol and saw a vehicle run a stop sign at FM 777 and West Houston Street in Jasper.
Upon stopping the vehicle, the driver was identified as 27-year-old Tristan Lance Robinson of Livingston. While speaking with the deputy, the driver admitted to being in possession of drug paraphernalia as well as methamphetamines.
Once the narcotics were located in the vehicle, Robinson was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1<1G, a State Jail Felony.
Robinson's bond was set at $7,500 and as of Tuesday afternoon, he was still incarcerated in the Jasper County Jail.
Robinson is considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
