BUNA, TX- The National Little Britches Rodeo Association (NLBRA) is one of the oldest and most respected junior rodeo associations in the country. With members spanning from coast to coast—including Canada and even Hawaii—the NLBRA provides young cowboys and cowgirls the opportunity to compete and grow in the sport of rodeo.

Until recently, Texas was notably without a franchise—but that has officially changed!
We’re proud to announce the formation of Southeast Texas Little Britches, established on May 21, 2025. After much thought and planning, we knew it was time for Texas youth to have a platform to represent their home state on a national level. ( And we definitely welcome any Youth from any State to join us )
Rodeos will be held in Buna, Texas at the Buna Bridle Club!
The mission of the SETXLBRA is focused on supporting western-minded youth. As a nonprofit organization, our goals include fostering strong minds and healthy bodies, building character, encouraging self-reliance, and teaching good sportsmanship—all through the exciting and competitive world of junior rodeo.
