Kirbyville Woman arrested for criminal trespass

Kirbyville, Tx On Saturday, April 26th at approximately 7:12 a.m., Jasper County Sgt. Chris Wade was dispatched to the 800 block of County Road 482 for a female under the influence of narcotics causing problems at a residence.


Sgt. Wade arrived and made contact with 34-year-old Tori Clines of Kirbyville. Sgt. Wade noticed that Clines was extremely intoxicated on some type of narcotic and she was very belligerent. It was found that she did not reside at the residence and she had been told numerous times by the home owner to leave and she refused.


Clines was placed under arrest for Criminal Trespass Misdemeanor class B and booked into the Jasper County Jail.


Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard reminds the public that Clines is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.


Sheriff Havard and his staff are committed to combating criminal activity in Jasper County.
