Kirbyville High School is proud to recognize Rebekah “Bekah” Griffith, a standout senior, as this week’s Student of the Week.
A true Wildcat through and through, Bekah has spent the past four years making her mark both in the classroom and across campus. Ranked sixth in her graduating class, she maintains a rigorous academic schedule—enrolled in four dual credit courses and excelling in all Honors classes.
Beyond academics, Bekah leads with integrity and involvement. She currently serves as Senior Class Vice President, is a valued Student Council member, and contributes to multiple organizations including the National Honor Society (NHS) and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), where she holds the role of Vice President. She’s also a powerhouse in the Wildcat Band, where she leads as Drumline Captain and recently earned the distinction of State Solo & Ensemble Qualifier.
Teachers and staff describe Bekah as kind, generous, and deeply respectful—someone who consistently brings positivity and excellence to every task and interaction. The Student of the Week Committee unanimously nominated her in recognition of her dedication, leadership, and Wildcat pride.
As Bekah prepares for graduation, she’s setting her sights on East Texas Baptist University (ETBU), where there’s no doubt she’ll continue to shine.
Kirbyville High School sends its heartfelt congratulations and well wishes to Bekah as she takes the next step in her journey.
