Kirbyville High School has selected Senior Carly Nichols as the Student of the Week for November 10–14.
Carly is widely known for being deeply involved in school activities. She is an active member of the Spanish Club, serves as a Wildcat in the front office, and maintains a strong academic record through her honors classes. Her dedication to excellence is evident not only in the classroom but in the organizations she pours her time into.
One of Carly’s biggest passions is FFA, where she serves as the chapter’s Student Advisor. Her leadership and commitment in the program help guide other members and strengthen the chapter’s involvement within the community. When spring rolls around, Carly is constantly on the road representing KHS at livestock shows across the region. She competes with her goats, consistently bringing pride and recognition back to her school.
Teachers and staff describe Carly as kind, respectful, dependable, and always eager to help—qualities that make her stand out as a positive role model for her peers. Whether she’s assisting in the front office, supporting classmates, or preparing for her next livestock show, Carly’s presence reflects the spirit of service that Kirbyville values.
KHS proudly celebrates Carly for her outstanding contributions and leadership. Her dedication to academics, extracurriculars, and community involvement make her a deserving recipient of this week’s honor.
Carly Nichols was nominated by the KHS Front Office.
Congratulations, Carly— Kirbyville is proud of you!
