Kirbyville CISD announces 2025 One Stop Registration

Registration will be held on Monday, July 21st-from 11:00AM-7:00PM and Tuesday, July 22nd-11:00AM-7:00PM at

Kirbyville Jr. High- 2200 South Margaret St in Kirbyville.

There will be online forms available beginning July 15th in Skyward Family Access. Parents are asked to email kcisdfamilyaccess@kirbyvillecisd.org if you have forgotten your log-in credentials.

All new Students will complete the registration process online, but only after starting the process in person.

To register, you need to bring the following:

New Students:

All parents of new students will need to present their ID, student social security card, student birth certificate, student shot record, and proof of residency (two of the following are needed: current utility bill, land tax statement, lease agreement/home title/ deed).

Students entering Pre-Kindergarten will also need to bring the following:

Proof of parent(s) income (last 4 paycheck stubs if paid weekly, two if paid twice a month, one for once a month paid); and/or families receiving food stamps must bring a current Notice of Eligibility.

Returning Students:

Updated shot record if applicable,

*Junior High and High School students will need to attend, and be prepared to take an ID picture at the time of registration. (Dress Code attire required).

Optional:

Chromebook insurance may be purchased for $20 AT ONE STOP REGISTRATION.

Sports passes - may be purchased for $20 at the time your student id photo is taken.
