Jasper woman sings the praises of local linemen for their hard work and dedication

Our linemen have been through a lot these past two months of storms. When we need them the most, they are there. Day or night.

A Jasper woman called Jasper Newton Electric Co-op during last night's storms and 'not long at all, they were there'.

Lisa Eaves of Jasper said, "I hate when our lights go out, but JNEC is the best. You call and it’s not long at all and they are here. Worried about them up in that bucket because the wind is blowing pretty hard right now. But they are awesome, THANK YA’LL SO MUCH for all the dangerous and hard work y’all do".
