Jasper Newton County Public Health District Auctioning Off Vehicles

JASPER, Texas — Need a set of wheels? The Jasper Newton County Public Health District is auctioning off two vehicles this month:

• 2012 Ford Escape (approx. 95,000 miles)

• 2009 Ford Taurus (approx. 55,000 miles)

Both vehicles are being sold as is and will be awarded to the highest bidder through a sealed bid process.

Bids must be submitted in person at the Public Health District office, 750 E. Gibson St., Bldg. 1 in Jasper. Bidding is open now and closes at 10 a.m. on September 30.

The winning bidder will be notified, and payment must be made by Monday, October 6 at noon.
