Jasper Man Arrested on Felony Family Violence Warrant

JASPER COUNTY — A Jasper man was taken into custody Tuesday on multiple warrants, including a felony family violence charge, according to Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard.
Sheriff Havard said that on Tuesday, February 10, Deputy Gray and Lieutenant Wade were contacted regarding Brandon Stefan McQueen, 37, of Jasper, who was wanted by the City of Jasper.
McQueen was wanted on the following charges:
Assault Impede Breath/Circulation – Family/Household Member (Third-Degree Felony)
Criminal Mischief (Class A Misdemeanor)
Criminal Mischief (Misdemeanor)
Deputies located McQueen at his residence in the 600 block of County Road 434 in Jasper, where he was taken into custody.
McQueen was transported to and booked into the Jasper County Jail on the outstanding warrants.
As with all criminal cases, McQueen is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Sheriff Havard said he and his staff remain committed to combating criminal activity and ensuring public safety throughout Jasper County.
