Jasper fugitive arrested on Orange County felony warrant of Indecency with a Child

Jasper, TX On Thursday at 5:20 PM, a Jasper County Deputy was called out to the Jasper County Courthouse regarding a wanted person.

Once the Deputy arrived, he arrested 28-year-old Matthew Wade Grogan of Jasper, on a 3rd Degree Felony of Indecency with a Child- Exposes warrant out of Orange County.

Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard reminds the public that Grogan is considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
