Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard
Kirbyville, Tx- On Monday, March 3rd, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Marshals and DPS Highway Patrol conducted a joint warrant round up in Kirbyville.
Christopher Lee Jones, 30, of Kirbyville was arrested for a Felony MTRP (Motion to Revoke Probation) warrant along with other warrants. Tricia Wynette Barrett, 32, of Kirbyville was arrested for a felony MTRP warrant. Additionally, Melissa Gayle Ernst, 35, of Kirbyville was arrested for a felony MTRP warrant.
I would like to thank our state and federal partners for assisting us with capturing these fugitives. We will utilize every resource available to us to apprehend wanted persons and protect the citizens of Jasper County.
