BUNA, TX - The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a travel trailer that was stolen from Buna.
Earlier Thursday, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a travel trailer stolen from the 5500 block of State Highway 62 at the Parkwood Baptist Church.
Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard said, "The travel trailer is a 2018 Keystone 260 BHLE bumper pull model, with TX License Plate # B055499. There is a sticker on the door side of the camper that is peeling and the roll up awning does not close all the way. The back camper window has a curtain that is torn and the trim on the front of the camper near the tongue is peeling up."
According to the owner, the travel trailer was taken between 06/04/25 and 06/05/25 between the hours of 8:30 a.m and 8:30 p.m.
Havard added, "This travel trailer was stolen from a hard working resident of Jasper County. If anyone can give us just a little bit of information regarding who took it, we will take care of the rest and put this/these individuals in the Jasper County Jail."
