Jasper County Sheriff's Department arrested one for trespassing

At around 1:30 this afternoon, Jasper County Deputies responded to a call at 13868 FM 252 regarding a trespasser.

Lieutenant Jason McLelland and Sergeant Chris Wade arrived at the location. The suspect did not own the property and refused to leave. That's when he was arrested.

The suspect was taken to the Jasper County Jail and was identified as being 33-year-old Cody Bossley, of Kirbyville.

Bossley was charged with Criminal Trespassing (MB).
