Jasper County issues warrant for Buna man, Sheriff: “Do not harbor him”

The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help to find Jerrell Wayne Stanley, 54, of Buna, after a Motion to Revoke Probation warrant was issued on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

According to Sheriff Chuck Havard, deputies began searching for Stanley Wednesday evening. Investigators reached him by phone Thursday morning and ordered him to report to the Jasper County Jail; he did not comply.

Anyone who harbors Stanley will be arrested, the Sheriff said.

The warrant relates to probation revocation. All individuals are presumed innocent of any new allegations unless proven guilty in a court of law.
