The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that the only charge is Resist Arrest, Search, or Transport, and that the arresting agency was the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office. Frank Dewayne Pugh, of Jasper – Age 55

Assault Family/Household Member Impede Breath/Circulation.

Arresting Agency: Jasper Police Department at 11:00 a.m.

C.W. White, of Jasper – Age 71

Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B <1g.

Arresting Agency: Jasper Police Department at 2:02 p.m.

Kendrick Dehaven Kyle, of Jasper – Age 51

Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B <1g; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts); Evading Arrest Detention; Criminal Mischief ≥$2,500<$30,000; Resist Arrest Search or Transport.

Arresting Agency: Jasper Police Department at 3:55 p.m.

Patricia Hudson, of Citra, FL – Age 65

Fail to Identify Giving False/Fictitious Information; Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B <1g.

Arresting Agency: Jasper Police Department at 5:24 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
