Jasper County arrest Evadale with Felony Parole Warrant

On February 4, 2025, at approximately 9:56 PM, Jasper S.O. Lieutenant Chad Ainsworth responded to 210 County Rd. 859 in Evadale (Knight’s Automotive) regarding suspicious activity. Lieutenant Ainsworth arrived and found three subjects at the property.

Leo Scott Okun, 62, of Evadale was one of the persons identified. He had an outstanding Felony Parole Violation warrant through Texas Department of Criminal Justice Pardons and Parole. Okun was arrested and transported to the Jasper County Jail.
