House fire North of Kirbyville was a complete loss

At 2:03 Saturday afternoon, the Kirbyville Volunteer Fire Department was called out to 3235 Cr 443 for a home fully engulfed in flames.

Once on scene it was evident that additional help was required, so at 2:19 pm Roganville VFD was called out to assist.

The home, belonging to Buddy and Billie Jordan was a complete loss. It was believed that at least one of the families pets perished in the blaze.

It is currently unknown what started the fire.
