Fatal Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of Jasper Man on FM 252

JASPER COUNTY, Texas — A Jasper man was killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday evening on Farm-to-Market Road 252 near County Road 346, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Troopers say the crash happened at approximately 5:30 p.m. on September 28, 2025. Preliminary reports indicate a 2016 Can-Am Spyder was traveling south when it left the roadway, struck a culvert, and overturned several times.

The rider, identified as 76-year-old Connie Kyle of Jasper, was transported to Jasper Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by medical staff.

DPS reports the investigation remains ongoing. No additional details have been released at this time.
